Dr. Richard Salzmann earned his dental degree from the University of Florida in 1986. After practicing general dentistry for three years, he pursued advanced training in periodontology and received his certificate in the specialty from Boston University in 1991.
Since then, Dr. Salzmann has been practicing in South Florida. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the South Broward Dental Society. One of his proudest achievements is earning Diplomate status from the American Board of Periodontology in 1997, a distinction that represents one of the highest honors a periodontist can attain.
Dr. Salzmann's professional interests include dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. Above all, he is deeply committed to the well-being of his patients, with a focus on providing high-quality, affordable care delivered with kindness and respect.
Dr. Roxana Rodriguez is a dedicated periodontist originally from Cuba, though she proudly calls Florida home. With a deep passion for periodontics, Dr. Rodriguez has devoted her career to enhancing patients’ oral health through advanced periodontal care.
Dr. Rodriguez earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Florida before continuing her education at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry (VCUSOD). There, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, making the Dean’s List each year and graduating at the top of her class. She further honed her expertise by completing a post-doctoral residency at VCUSOD, where she received a Certificate in Periodontology.
A strong advocate for ongoing professional development, Dr. Rodriguez is an active member of several esteemed organizations, including the Florida Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, and the American Academy of Osseointegration. She is committed to staying at the forefront of her field, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of care.

Dr. Eli C. Oppenheimer received his Bachelor of Science degree from Yeshiva University, majoring in Chemistry. He then attended dental school at the University of Florida where he earned his DMD degree. After dental school, Dr. Oppenheimer completed a four year residency at the prestigious Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program, under the guidance of the world renown Dr. Robert Marx. Dr. Oppenheimer has extensive training in facial trauma, head and neck pathology, dental implants and dentoalveolar surgery.
Dr. Oppenheimer served as Chief Resident during his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Hospital and upon graduation received “The Leadership Award“.Dr. Oppenheimer prides himself on staying up to date with the latest advances in oral surgery and is committed to maintaining a professional practice that is current in all aspects of the specialty.Dr. Oppenheimer is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
This is the highest level of certification possible for an Oral Surgeon and represents that Dr. Oppenheimer has demonstrated a high level of dedication and hard work that is above and beyond standard expectations in his field. Dr. Oppenheimer is certified in General Anesthesia/Deep Sedation, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS, and Basic Life Support (BLS). He maintains Hospital privileges at Jackson North Medical Center.
Dr. Oppenheimer is a South Florida native and currently lives in Miami Beach with his wife and family. During his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, kite surfing, fishing, and staying fit)
Dr. Justin Schneider is an accomplished Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive experience in private practice and multiple hospital systems. He completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Miami/ Jackson Memorial Hospital systems. He specializes in a wide range of services, providing exceptional care to his patients, from dental implants to wisdom teeth extractions under IV sedation, bone grafting, sinus lifts and augmentation, along with treating pathology. Dr. Schneider is dedicated to treating all his patients as if they were his own family, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and comfort.

Dr. Carlos De Bruzos is a board-certified periodontist who completed both his dental degree and specialty certificate in Periodontics at the University of Florida. He received advanced training in periodontal surgery, dental implants, and minimally invasive techniques. During his residency, he was elected Chief Resident and received multiple honors, including the AAP Foundation Scholarship, the Southern Academy of Periodontology Resident Scholarship, and the AAP Dental Student Award for Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics. He is also a recipient of the First-Generation Machen Florida Opportunity Scholarship.
Dr. De Bruzos is committed to continuing education to ensure his patients receive modern, evidence-based, and predictable treatment options. A first-generation professional originally from Miami, FL, he takes great pride in serving the community where he grew up and values the trust patients place in their providers. He strives to create an environment where patients feel respected, understood, and fully informed about their periodontal health and treatment options.
During dental school, Dr. De Bruzos participated in mission trips to the Dominican Republic on two occasions, providing care to underserved communities and strengthening his commitment to service. Patients appreciate his calm demeanor, thorough explanations, and focus on long-term oral health.
Dr. De Bruzos is actively involved in organized dentistry and is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Florida Association of Periodontology, the International Team for Implantology, the American Dental Association, and the Florida Dental Association.
At Dr. M Center, Dr. De Bruzos focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum disease, as well as soft tissue grafting, bone regeneration, and implant therapy. He emphasizes patient comfort, clear communication, and personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of the office, Dr. De Bruzos enjoys saltwater fishing, physical fitness, traveling with friends and family, and spending time with his dog, Charlie. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
